Systems Engineer:

Responsible for developing ideas which form the basis for research and development, for project management and execution of all engineering matters related to systems engineering, software engineering, and operational application. Incumbent uses broad and professional knowledge of the various disciplines, theories, principles, and techniques of the DOD Life Cycle Systems Engineering Process in performing duties that influence major projects, proposals and direction of work with complex C4ISR systems. Leads the technology strategy development to bridge the functionality, architecture, and technology gaps between current Programs Of Records and the desired end state to include: net centricity, service oriented architecture, intelligence fusion, web services, discovery services, and architectural design. Must develop, manage, and lead projects that technology transfer and integration into a software baseline. Responsibilities include assigning work to others and supervising effort to ensure project execution utilizing risk management and mitigation. Requires extensive knowledge of multiple C4ISR products/technologies/business areas, customers, use of innovative thinking, human interface, and a very high level of communication and technically savvy.

Field Service Representatives (FSRs):

Provide operational and technical support; specifically, field support personnel shall have system specific, engineering domain expertise, and be able to configure/support the respective system. Additionally, field support personnel will be tasked to support over-the-shoulder training on both hardware and software practices and techniques. Duties may also include the development of schedules and classroom configuration, instructor preparation, classroom support, and support documentation updates via peer review / feedback process. Trainers must achieve expertise in the functionality and operations of their specific system and be capable of providing limited troubleshooting assistance. Provide exercise/deployment support. Efforts may include site survey and preparation, equipment setup, software installation, training, technical support/troubleshooting, operators, providing a help desk, failure analysis, and maintaining a web site. This support may encompass integration, demonstrations, exercises, trade shows, and testing.

Administrator, Senior:

Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Communicates and/or coordinates instructions with various individuals and/or departments. Furnishes and obtains information from multiple sources. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. Support staff in assigned project based work. Prepares special reports, gathering and summarizing data. Organizes and expedites flow of work through manager's office. Coordinates, manages, and ensures compliance with organization's time management and accounting program.

Test Engineer, Senior:

Participates in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs. Designs and installs quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques. Serves as an advisor to and assists in the development of less experienced test engineers. Provides a high level of technical support to the field. Defines documents, analyzes, performs and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products. Executes functional, application, regression and performance tests. Formulates or assists in formulating quality control policies and procedures. Researches and develops an understanding of the marketing requirements for the product features being tested, including how the users use the feature and their performance requirements for the features. Writes test cases for assigned modules, builds test systems and automates tests under the direction of more senior analysts. May train and supervise subordinate test engineers. Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience developing internal quality control and reliability programs.
