OPPORTUNITIES

MJ-6's accomplishments are the work of the people who comprise MJ-6. As such, we have built a team of highly capable professionals that are uniquely poised to serve our customers and provide exceptional value. We require top-tier talent to deliver that value.
All members of our team are expected to embrace our three core values:
  • Professional.
    • Exemplary Conduct: Act, dress, speak, and conduct yourself consistent with the highest standards of industry and the US government. Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Be a good steward of government and company resources.
    • Integrity: Always be truthful in word and deed. If you don’t know something, ask someone or make it a priority to find out.
    • Communication: Keep clients informed with timely, concise and accurate information. Be observant, analyze, interpret and add value.
  • Prepared.
    • Adaptable: Circumstances, people, timelines, and expectations change—anticipate challenges with insight from your experience and co-workers, then plan accordingly and adapt to complete the tasks required.
    • Available: The dynamic nature of client requirements requires a vigilant, reliable, and fully committed work disposition. Be in contact and ready to assume a new mission.
    • Initiative Driven: Seek out new opportunities to advance the best interests of the company and the client.
  • Knowledgeable.
    • Always Learning: Commit time and effort to expanding your knowledge base. Learn from your mistakes and learn from other’s mistakes.
    • Expert: Strive to be an expert in your field—this requires an extra effort on your part to keep certifications current, seek new credentials, and establish a reputation as the “go to” person with answers and solutions.
If you can include these values in your work, we’d like to know more about you.
