Medical / Dental Insurance
MJ-6 provides group carrier health and dental insurance plans to all full-time employees. Coverage is offered either on an individual or family plan, in which MJ-6 pays for 100 percent of the Employee Only Premium and 50 percent of the additional premium to cover any dependents. The employee pays zero percent of the monthly individual premium and 50 percent of any additional chosen dependent coverage through payroll deductions. Group insurance is an employee benefit in which an employee is not required to enroll.

We understand work-life balance and provide paid time off to enjoy life outside of work.
Federal Holidays
MJ-6 honors the traditional holidays of our country for reflection and giving thanks. All employees receive paid time off for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Voluntary Short / Long Term Disability
Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability coverage is being offered as an employee benefit.
Voluntary Term Life Benefit
At no cost to the employee, term life insurance is provided with the option to purchase additional coverage through Principal Life Insurance Company.
401(k) with Company Matching Contributions
MJ-6’s 401(K) plan provides employees with the opportunity to save for retirement using pre-tax dollars up to IRS maximums. MJ-6 will make an annual Safe Harbor Qualified Non-elective Contribution equal to 3% of your base salary compensation for the plan year not to exceed the Annual Compensation Limit set by the IRS each year. This contribution is always 100% vested and is offered through Nationwide Financial.
Financial Advisor Access
Planning your financial future can be challenging. MJ-6 employees have access to a qualified financial advisor(s) at Morgan Stanley to assist with financial planning matters.
Education and Training
MJ-6 and its customers value employees who are experts in their field and are always learning and applying new skills. On a case-by-case basis, MJ-6 will coach employees on career advancement opportunities to obtain professional certifications then reimburse employees for passing certification examinations. Examples include Security+, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, PMP and other industry accepted certifications for IT professionals.
